Pre-order Terms

These terms apply between Translate.com LLC (KRAMO), 571 Washington Street, Afton, WY 83110, USA ("we", "KRAMO"), and you when you use this website or pre-order KRAMO. Questions: support@promo.kramo.org.

1. What KRAMO is

KRAMO is a daily practice app for anxious attachment, with five-minute exercises and an SOS tool for hard moments. We are building it now; it launches in November 2026.

KRAMO is not therapy and not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and does not replace a doctor, psychologist or other qualified professional. It is not for emergencies. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number now. In the US you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline); in the UK you can call Samaritans on 116 123.

2. What your pre-order includes

Founding-member access opens about two weeks before the public launch in November 2026; access details are sent to your email.

• Planned launch: November 2026. Launch dates can move; we will email you if ours does.
• Planned regular price after launch: $59.99/year. Your pre-order is not charged again at launch.
• Founding member benefits. Access opens for you about two weeks before the public launch. If you later choose a yearly plan, you pay the founding price of $29.99/year (half the regular yearly price) for as long as your plan stays active without interruption. Nothing renews or is charged automatically — you decide at launch.
• Features described on the page are our current plan for the first version, not a promise of a specific feature on a specific date.
• Your pre-order never turns into a subscription. Anything you might pay for after the access included in your pre-order requires your own, separate decision.

3. Price and payment

• The price is $9.99, charged once at checkout in USD. The price shown on the page and in checkout is the final price; for pound and euro orders it includes VAT. Any US sales tax that applies is shown in checkout before you pay.
• You can pay with the methods shown in checkout (for example card, Apple Pay or Google Pay).

4. Who sells it

• Orders in US dollars are sold by us. Stripe processes the payment. Your statement shows KRAMO.
• Orders in pounds or euros may be sold through Link, a Stripe service. The seller and merchant of record is then Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate. Link processes the payment, calculates and pays VAT, emails your receipt and offers payment support; the terms and privacy policy linked in checkout also apply to the purchase. Your statement may show LINK.COM*.

Checkout shows who the seller is before you pay. Either way, we deliver KRAMO and handle every question about the product, refunds included.

5. How the contract is made

The page itself is not a binding offer. The buy button takes you to Stripe's checkout. When you press the pay button there you place a binding order, and the contract is made when the payment succeeds. Stripe sends you a payment receipt, and these terms stay available on this page. The contract language is English.

6. Refunds

• Before launch: you can ask for a full refund at any time, for any reason, using the refund page or by emailing support@promo.kramo.org.
• If we have not launched by November 30, 2026, we refund every pre-order in full, automatically, without you having to ask.
• After launch: you can still cancel within 14 days of your purchase (see section 7). If KRAMO does not work as described, write to us and we will put it right or refund you.

Refunds are made by our team by hand, through Stripe (or Link), to the payment method you used, normally within 5 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. We never charge a fee for a refund.

7. Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)

This right applies in addition to section 6.

Right to cancel. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the contract was made. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Translate.com LLC (KRAMO), 571 Washington Street, Afton, WY 83110, USA, phone +1 (620) 520-6995, email support@promo.kramo.org) of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email or the refund page. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the period has expired.

Effects of cancellation. If you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Note. We do not ask you to give up this right when you get access, so the 14 days always run in full.

8. Using KRAMO

• Access is for you personally. Please do not share or resell it.
• Do not try to break, scrape or overload the site or the app, or access other people's data.
• You must be at least 18 years old to pre-order.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, fraud, and death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make on the basis of the app.

10. Law, disputes and your consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in its courts. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; we will find a solution. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Changes

If we change these terms we update the date above. A pre-order already made keeps the version in force when you paid.
